I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from Tri City Auto. The guys at tri city made the buying process as painless as possible. Everything on their lot is clean and well kept. Josh was straight forward, and did not put any pressure on making a sale. The few things I pointed out on the car were touched up without even another question. They sell quality vehicles that they seem to truly stand behind. Next time I need to buy a car I will certainly consider buying from them again.

I was looking for something to get me better gas mileage on long commutes but still had enough room for our family , tri city had a 2012 prius wagon that perfectly fit the bill. I worked with Joe who was very patient, he answered all of my questions over 3 days while I test drove, re-test drove and asked a million more questions . They were even able to find me a better finance rate than my bank was going to offer me. I will absolutely be going here again when we are ready to replace our truck in a couple years.

Bought a 2008 nissan armada from them. found out later the truck had some issues that cost some large money to repair. The GOOD NEWS they stood behind the vehicle and pay for the repair . Most used car places would tell you to bug off but they did not. I do love the truck and they will see me again for my next car.

Found a 2003 Honda Pilot at Tri-City that matched all my critera. The only issue was I lived 100 miles away. Joe was helpful on the phone answering many questions I had and the CarFax was proof that it was a quality vehicle. A day was picked to look at the vehicle with the understanding that if I liked it I would buy it. For a resonable deposit, they held the vehicle until inspection day.

When I arrived, the vehicle was everything I had hoped. All the paperwork was ready and I drove away within an hour with my new vehicle. Very easy transaction considering the distance involved. This was my second purchase from Tri-City.

2007 Nissan Armada LE. I did my research and decided I wanted to buy a Nissan Armada. Plenty of room for the family and great towing ability. A search of the whole region helped me realize that the car I wanted with the options I wanted is actually pretty rare to find at a reasonable price. I had a hard time finding a dealer with ONE nice one, but these guys had two of them. Quick verification showed me that their pricing was below suggested retail and the information on their site had good detail and great pictures, so I contacted them by email to express interest. I couldn't get there for a week and they agreed to hold the vehicle, so I agreed to fill out the credit application to show my good faith. They approved me very quickly with a great and competitive interest rate, and we made an appointment for the next Saturday. I arrived to find the car ready to drive and in excellent condition. I was given a fair trade in especially considering the vehicle I traded in did need some repair and work. The whole signing paperwork event took a few minutes and off we went. Despite their best efforts, we did find a couple of things on the car, after we got home, that weren't 100%. This is where the service quality test begins. I live an hour and a half away, and didn't really want to drive all the way back... They did offer to fix the problems if I brought the car back, but as an alternate we discussed what it would cost to correct the problems, and I offered to fix the small issues myself if they helped with the cost. They mailed a check in the agreed amount promptly and I'm completely satisfied. All throughout they were easy to get in touch with and they were friendly. I am a high maintenance customer as I ask a lot of questions along the way, and they were fair and friendly the whole time. I will look there first next time I need a used car. No junk on the lot, and it's obvious they want to be known for nice quality cars. Thanks Mike and Joe. I'll be glad to refer folks your way when the opportunity arises.

Bought a 2004 Honda Accord, love the car but had problems with the radio from the start. Although they were very helpful and willing to pay for a new radio the one that was put in was not a replacement but put in a different place and did not fix the problem. I was looking for a used Colorado and found one on the internet at this dealer. Test drove 2 times and they were super friendly and made sure that all the truck info was available for me. I had been shopping for a decent used vehicle for about 4 months. Most of my shopping was online shopping to see and compare pricing prior to going to the lot and talking face to face. We all know how that can go. I was interested in a couple of vehicles that were listed on their website and decided to take a drive and look first hand at them. All their vehicles on the lot were in really good shape for used cars. I arrived at Tri City about 30- minutes prior to them closing and spoke to Joe. He was perfectly fine with me taking a couple of cars out for a test drive and didn't mind staying there past open hours. After taking a couple out, he even took me around the lot to show me some other vehicles that needed to get detailed prior to listing if I was to be interested in those as well. Joe was very understanding of what it was that I was in the market for. I decided on the 2004 Mazda 6 Manual. It was in good shape and fit the most for my budget. Joe said he can hold it and have Mike draft up the paperwork and contact me in the morning the next day. Mike contacted me right away in the morning and worked out a plan through e-mail and I was able to go back down there that afternoon and drive away with the vehicle. It has been 6 months now since I purchased the vehicle and it is running great yet. I would highly recommend Joe and Mike and Nicole for used vehicles. I would definitely come back to them for the next purchase as they are extremely nice to work with and very personable to work with.

Thanks to Tri city, I bought my first vehicle through them. They made it easy and fun! They also didn't let the car sell under me because I had to travel to come test drive it and timing with work and what not didn't work out. Also, mike (who sold me my car) was so nice. He took care of my car and me. There were a few repairs the car needed afterwards when I bought it and he took care of them all! Was in the market for a run around car and happen to drive by on the way home from work one day. After looking at a couple cars I settled on one to try out, Joe was easy to talk to and accommodating to my work schedule for trying the vehicle out. Tri-City Auto was recommended to me by a friend who had a very good buying experience of his Subaru. Even when the headlight burnt out a week after he bought it, Tri-City replaced it for free no questions asked. I was surprised to find all of the well favored reviews online, it left me skeptical. Needless to say, Mike and the team at Tri-City Auto live up to their reputation, period. The selection on the lot feels clean and "hand-picked". Mike's patient, no pressure sales made test driving and asking questions comfortable. Because of their quality inventory, it's more important they see you get the car you value and enjoy rather than forcing a vehicle on you. The car fax is on the dash of each car and available for review and discussion, including their vehicle maintenance records, which they can produce documentation for. I purchased a 2005 Acura TL and am very pleased so far with the price/value. I worked with Mike for financing as well to get the terms and percentage I sought after. He was able to come through when my credit union could not.

I drove up from Chicago because Tri City had a particular car that I wanted. Before I drove up, I looked at the reviews on Cars.com and they were overwhelming positive. After inspecting the vehicle, we found out that the car had a few small issues and Joe and Steve immediately agreed to take care of them. Throughout the entire process Joe and Steve were amazing to work with. As I was driving back to Chicago, the check engine light on the vehicle came back on. Joe and Steve instructed me to take the car to my local repair shop of choice to diagnose and repair. Tri City went above and beyond anything I could ever expect to correct the issue. What a breeze Tri-City is so easy to work with, when I stopped in I was instantly put ease how easy they where to talk with, they just want to help you find a vehicle. Made day trip to buy used car for my daughter. Found tri-city online and saw 2-3 cars my daughter would be interested in at price I wanted to pay. test drove the 3 cars and each one was excellent for the price. went to 4 other dealerships same day with similiar cars and prices and quality of cars at other places did not compare to tri-city. My daughter (almost 16) was even suprised at how much nicer these cars were compared to others we looked at with similiar prices and mileage. Tri-city was first place we stopped and went back 6 hrs later and 7-8 cars later and bought car that day. Very nice guys and easy to do business with.

I have always hated the car purchasing process. Not anymore. Tri City Auto allowed for a very pleasant, non pushy process. Their vehicles, at least the ones I test drove, were spotless. They were willing to help out in any way, and it was quite refreshing. I went there basically knowing what I wanted, and they never tried to sell me "something else". This was unlike any other auto dealers I had been too, and would recommend Tri City Auto to any of my family and friends, who would be looking for a used vehicle. Extremely Pleased

I had been searching for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac online for months, and found the best deal at Tri City Auto. I spoke with Mike on the phone, he was very honest and up-front about some minor issues, we worked out a deal, and I purchased it before making the 90 mile trip to see it. I was extremely pleased when I arrived to pick it up, and drove it home in a snow storm with no worries. After driving it for 30 days, I am even happier now than the day I picked it up. We had seen an Add on Craigslist, decided to pursue the add and found ourselves driving across the state to check out this truck. We wanted a Toyota because of the reliability factor. I searched for a used car online for weeks. On the morning that I was ready to go get one, I saw a 2004 Toyota Camry at Tri-City Auto's website. I went there and the dealer was out on the lot, I asked him about the car and it was right there where we were standing. I took it for a ride and came back and bought it. I'm very happy with my 2003 Ford Focus wagon I bought at Tri City. They priced it very close to BlueBook price, and gave me a fair price for my old truck. I've had it for one month now and no problems whatsoever. The car is 11 years old but looks brand new. It starts good, runs good, has plenty of power, has good traction in snow. I would definitely recommend Tri City to anyone looking for a car.

Best Non-Sale

We just started looking for a used vehicle early on a freezing cold Saturday morning, and the vehicle we wanted to trade in decided to "die" in the Tri-City lot. Tri City Auto Sales aquires very good vehicles with excellant histories. Seems they're really particular about that. I am very happy with my 2007 Toyota Prius Hybrid I purchased from them. What else I liked was how closely they worked with my Credit Union, and the C.U.'s representatives. Also, I'm not worried about my near future if there's an issue with the vehicle, for Mike and Joe really have a great local reputation for standing behind their vehicles. I had no idea how to even start this vehicle (our first hybrid) for our road test and it was cool that Juan (from their back shop) helped us, drove 1st, and rode with us in case we had any issues or questions! Ive bought about 6 different cars from different dealers in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Joe was very patient and helpful, and there was no pressure. I feel extremely confident that I bought a quality vehicle for a good price. Tri City is a smaller car dealer with a small building that isn't fancy but don't let that fool you, its an A dealer (I don't want to pay extra on my car for a fancy showroom like some other dealer in the area anyway). I'm not sure exactly how long they have been there but it's been long time; I grew up in the area, they wouldn't be able to stay in business selling crap used cars. Thank You

After calling and speaking with Mike (Co-owner) about our situation and what we were looking for, we set an appointment to se the car.
